Julie’s passion for Positive Psychology ignited whilst completing her Graduate Certificate in Wellness with Distinction from RMIT in 2011. “I have always believed that ‘Prevention is better than cure so when I hear the news that psychological distress is rampant in teens, such as anxiety and depression, binge drinking and substance abuse, self-mutilation I wonder if it can it be prevented. Can these forms of disconnection be eliminated? Can we inspire our kids from an early age to realize their inner potential and abilities?”
